RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY — LUST BODY LLC
All Sales Are Final Once Shipped — No Refunds
Due to the personal, cosmetic, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has shipped.
This applies regardless of use, preference, performance expectations, or outcome.
For health, safety, contamination prevention, and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason including (but not limited to):

Disliking the scent

“Did not work as expected”
-
No perceived effect
-
Choosing the wrong scent, size, or quantity

Change of mind after ordering

Sensitivity to fragrance

Claims related to mood, attraction, confidence, or social effects

Ordering by mistake

Subjective dissatisfaction
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or recalled.
This policy is standard for cosmetic and fragrance products and is strictly enforced.
📦 Exchanges for Damaged Items (Shipping Insurance REQUIRED)
We ONLY offer replacements for damaged items if both conditions are met:
1️⃣ Your order arrived physically damaged, leaking, or broken
AND
2️⃣ You purchased shipping insurance at checkout
If shipping insurance was not purchased, we cannot issue replacements or refunds for:

Leakage

Broken droppers

Cracked bottles

Exposure to extreme temperatures

Any carrier-related incident
By declining insurance, you accept full responsibility for any shipping-related risks.
All orders are shipped in secure, protective packaging.
🛡️ Required Proof for Damage Claims
To process an insured damage claim, you must email lustbodybrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged product

A photo of the inner and outer packaging

A photo of the shipping label

Your order number
Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
If approved, a replacement of the same item and same scent will be shipped.
(We cannot offer substitutions or scent changes.)
🚚 Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Lust Body LLC is not responsible for:

Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Stolen packages
-
Lost packages
-
Misdelivered packages

Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

Delivery delays caused by carriers
If shipping insurance was purchased and the carrier approves the claim:
✔ We will refund or replace the order according to the insurance payout.
If the carrier denies the claim based on insufficient evidence:
✘ No refund or replacement can be issued.
If insurance was NOT purchased, no refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.
❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Items that have left our facility

Used or unused items

Sale items

Free items

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rule (Required Disclosure)
If your order ships to the EU:

Unopened, completely sealed products may qualify for cancellation within 14 days.

Opened or unsealed items cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene regulations.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for EU cooling-off returns.
