🚚 SHIPPING POLICY — LUST BODY LLC

Thank you for shopping with Lust Body.
The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on lustbody.com.

📦 Order Processing Times

Orders are processed as soon as possible (same day to 2 business days) after purchase.
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed Friday after 2 PM EST will be processed the following Monday

  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day

During high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly, but most orders ship on time.

✈️ Shipping Times (Estimated)

Shipping speed depends on the carrier and your chosen service at checkout.
Estimated delivery windows (U.S. orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Once your package is transferred to the carrier, delivery time is outside our control.

Lust Body LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, including:

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier staffing issues

  • High-volume seasonal delays

  • Incorrect delivery scans

📬 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance (Recommended)

Shipping insurance is available at checkout.
It protects your order from:

  • Loss

  • Damage

  • Theft

  • Miss delivery

If you decline shipping insurance, you accept full responsibility for any carrier-related issues.

🧴 Lost, Stolen & Misdelivered Packages

Lust Body LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

If you purchased shipping insurance, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
If insurance was not purchased, no replacement or refund can be issued.

🏠 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not able to:

  • Change addresses after the order is placed

  • Intercept packages

  • Replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

🌎 International Shipping

International shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Country-specific fees

Lust Body is not responsible for customs delays.

❗ Order Already Shipped?

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It cannot be refunded

  • It cannot be modified

All sales are final once shipped, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
